Since completing his engineering studies in general mechanical engineering, Mr. Fischer has gained around 15 years of experience in the finance sector. Several of these years in the areas of EU subsidies for companies, financial transactions with a focus on capital markets, acquisition financing and technology financing.

From 2012 to 2016, Mr. Fischer was a partner at a leading consulting firm, where he was responsible for private debt in the DACH region.

Since 2016, Mr. Fischer has been working independently in several positions.

In addition to his work for CSSP Holding GmbH (in the course of a long-term mandate INFINMENT/ L.E.A. Investment with CSSP), Mr. Fischer is currently entrusted with the following tasks:
