Berlin, August 20, 2024 – CSSP Holding GmbH, a family-run investment company, successfully took over vandaglas GmbH, a leading manufacturer of architectural glass, on August 2, 2024. At its two locations in Radeburg and Berlin, vandaglas produces insulating glass as well as aesthetically curved glass with a wide range of special coatings. The entrepreneurial focus is on achieving sustainable growth and expanding long-term, loyal customer relationships in the glass, facade and window industries. This strategic acquisition is a decisive step towards continuing the long-standing history with the aim of establishing one of the best independent and experienced glass partners in the European market.
