Salzburg, April 20, 2026 – CSSP Holding GmbH has successfully acquired VOLTFACTORY GmbH from Miba AG. With the closing, the company has been fully integrated into the CSSP Group.

With the acquisition, CSSP Holding GmbH will immediately replace the previous structure as the new owner. The CSSP Group will thus take over the existing research and development sites in Upper Austria, Poland, and the USA, as well as the established production site in Bad Leonfelden, including all employees and operational business activities.

VOLTFACTORY has a high level of expertise and experience in the development and manufacturing of battery systems, as well as in-depth engineering and production know-how in a technologically demanding environment.

CSSP Holding GmbH plans to strategically and sustainably develop the company and strengthen it, particularly in the field of energy storage systems. The aim is to further expand existing expertise and position the company as a high-performing developer and specialist manufacturer within Europe.

The CSSP group is optimistic about the future:

With the completion of the acquisition, VOLTFACTORY is now permanently integrated into the CSSP Group.
