Munich, 01. Juli 2025 – CSSP Holding GmbH has acquired 100% of the shares in VGT-DYKO GmbH, based in Großalmerode, Germany. With this transaction, we are expanding our portfolio in the field of refractory technology and specialized mechanical engineering solutions for high-temperature processes.

VGT-DYKO GmbH develops and produces customized refractory products and systems for industrial high-temperature applications. Customers from industries such as steel, foundry, glass, cement, and energy have trusted the company’s innovative strength and technical expertise for years.

With this acquisition, CSSP Holding GmbH is expanding its existing portfolio with a highly specialized provider in a technologically demanding market segment. VGT-DYKO GmbH will continue to operate under its own brand and with entrepreneurial independence, working closely with the other companies in the CSSP Group.
