Junior Financial Controller (m/w/d)

Immediately or by arrangement for our Salzburg location.

Your tasks:

Controlling: Support in the financial management and reporting of our corporate investments.
Accounting: Processing and management of incoming and outgoing invoices and monitoring of payment flows.
Intercompany reconciliations: Coordination and processing of financial transactions between our affiliated companies.
Analysis and budgeting: Preparation of financial analyses, forecasts and budgets to support strategic decisions.
Project analysis: Evaluation of new investment opportunities and potential takeovers.
Communication & reporting: Direct coordination with banks and preparation of short-term and long-term liquidity plans. Close cooperation with tax consultants and auditors, particularly in the preparation of financial statements, tax issues and the optimization of accounting processes.
Process optimization: Further development and implementation of efficient financial processes and controlling instruments.
Corporate development: Participation in the establishment and strategic development of CSSP Holding GmbH.

Your profile:

Completed degree in business administration, finance or a comparable qualification.
3-5 years of professional experience in controlling, financial management or accounting, ideally in an international environment.
In-depth knowledge of processing incoming and outgoing invoices and handling intercompany transactions.
Analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
Confident use of MS Excel and common financial software solutions; experience with business intelligence systems is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team – since we are a family-run company, we attach great importance to you being able to actively contribute and communicate with all stakeholders on an equal footing.
Fluent written and spoken German and English.
