Stuttgart, August 1, 2024 – The Stuttgart agency BSS Brand Communication is completing the generational change with the entry of a new strategic partner and shareholder and is pushing forward the further development of the location and growth strategy. The new majority shareholder of the agency for lifestyle consumer brands is Dr. Siegmund Rudigier with his family holding company CSSP.

The long-standing managing partners Bernd Gerlach and Uwe Eike Sachse will hand over operational management of the company on September 30, 2024, but will continue to be available to the agency in an advisory capacity. Under her leadership, for the last ten years together with CEO & partner Andreas Rauscher, BSS Brand Communication has become one of the most high-profile owner-managed fashion and lifestyle agencies in Germany, with today 53 employees and 12 million euros in sales.

The management of the Hamburg location remains under the proven leadership of Silke Wichmann.
