Munich, July 22nd – CSSP-Holding GmbH, a family-run investment company based in Salzburg and Munich, announces the acquisition of haebmau AG. haebmau AG was founded in 1988 and is one of the leading lifestyle communications agencies in Germany with locations in Munich and Berlin. She advises more than 80 customers from industries such as fashion, beauty, food & beverages, sports and tourism in the areas of public relations, influencer marketing, social media communication, events and sales. The acquisition marks a significant expansion of CSSP’s portfolio and thus strengthens the holding company’s position in the communications and marketing sector.

The board members of haebmau AG Markus Bublitz (Chief Creative Officer), Michael Itzlinger (Chief Financial Officer) and Sebastian Warschow (Chief Communication Officer) will continue to manage the operational business and thus ensure continuity in the agency management. Chris Stricker and the board of directors jointly made the decision to bring in CSSP Holding as a strategic investor in order to ensure the agency’s sustainable and long-term success. Chris Stricker will move to the supervisory board effective January 1, 2025 and will support the agency management as a co-determining minority shareholder and advisor over the next three years in order to shape the transition and promote further growth.
